Warehouse Lead

Position Summary

The Warehouse Lead oversees daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, distribution, and staff supervision. This role ensures products, equipment, vehicles, and event materials are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory of beverages, food, equipment, and event supplies.
  • Receive, organize, store, and reconcile incoming and returned inventory.
  • Inspect and verify products, equipment, and event orders before distribution.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Order and procure supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and surrounding areas.
  • Supervise, schedule, train, and support warehouse staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and required certifications.
  • Prepare event paperwork and coordinate loading, unloading, and staging of inventory and equipment.
  • Verify event staff depart on time with the correct supplies and equipment.
  • Report damaged equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • Utilize company software for inventory, scheduling, and operational tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Warehouse and inventory management experience required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.

This position typically has a 6am start time and works alternating weekends.
